Super C Oil Pressure Tick

For some time now the oil pressure gauge on my SC has a tick that varies up and down slightly around the 45psi mark. It seems to peg at 45psi and not drop until at low idle. This condition is constant at all operating temperatures and at all but the slowest rpm's. I have a very smooth running engine without smoke, hesitation, or knock. Could a rotating main bearing cause this tick to the gauge?
