C-123 engine applications and serial numbers

Was the C-123 engine the same in the Super C, the F-140 and the F-240 ? Did the engine serial numbers run from 500 through 200,000 (or so) or did each tractor have it's own engine serial numbers ?

I'm checking the parts for my '53 Super C and am finding several specifications, none of which are close to what I've got. The cam lobe lift and valve spring length numbers from the I&T for the C are the closest.

Any ideas ?
