I'm pretty sure you have to turn the inside hubs backwards to make it fit the axles that way. I say backwards because most of them are dished in - you would have to have the dish facing outward, like when they shipped them to get the narrowest tread setting.

I always wanted to dual-up my H. Not that it has enough power to spin the single 12.4x38 tires, but just because duals make a tractor look tough and bigger!
