IH 384 Injectors need bleeding repeatedly

I have a 1980 IH 384 that will run great if I bleed the injectors first thing. I can let is sit for a short time (2-3 hours) and it will still start OK but if I let it set overinght there will be air in the lines the next morinig. The injector pump was just rebuilt trying to fix the problem. All the lines look good and there are no leaks that would indicate a place for air to get in. Any ideas?
