Find a shop that does o/a cast repair,

that way the material that is used to weld

it is the same material as the pulley. If

you can't find one local , put it in a box

and I can do it for you.

The manifold in the pict is repairable and

I did repair it , pictures are in the link

under kelvins manifold .
