Int. B 414 won't turn over

I have had my Int. B 414 for two years now. I use it almost every weekend. After a cold snap for a few days I went out to start up the tractor. It started right away but stopped, I tried again but it was slow turning and started to buzz at solinoid. I assumed that the battery was low so I charged for 6 hours (12.65 v) when finished. I cleaned the ground and all positive ends and replaced the battery. Nothing but buzzing. I put the tester on and it measured 11.65 v at altenator and solinoid. No reading at cranking motor. What is wrong. Battery? Solinoid? Cranking motor? It worked great until this. Any information would be great.
