I kind of agree, but I dont. I mean if that one tractor can keep 50 from sitting and turning to crap, then that's good. The thing is there may be a bunch of junk ones half gone that people have, but most of them are sitting outside going to rot and rusty and all messed up. Given the option of a part I know will work, as opposed to a part that is waiting to die in the same price range it's logical. If more people would put their truely junked tractor parts on ebay then those of us who dont have a local tractoryard would buy them more. On ebay its take what you can get when you can. I'm not going to wait for someone to decide to pull that old iron from the field and start selling parts off of it. I request on the forums, then I go to ebay...
