I tightened down the bolts some more. I think either the gasket is "seating" or the bolts work loose when it is ran a while. Two of the bolts were rather loose and I know for sure I had them tight. I have thought about grease and I think next time I will coat the gasket with it. I mean it cant hurt anything and it should help make a good seal. The next gasket in line to replace is one I sure dont want to have trouble with cause it would mean taking the radiator and fan off to get to it. I should have replaced it when I had the thing aprt but of course it didnt leak until I got it back together.
