You can get primer in a spray bomb to keep the parts from rusting after getting them cleaned. You better get your engine torn down before worring about paint as the motor mite need more money that you want to put into the whole tractor. Pull the engine,take the crank out then you can press out the no-good sleeves and pistons then check the crank to see if its ok or needs a regrind.
