I painted the generator, installed it and was putting the voltage regulator on it. One of the screws slipped out of my hand and down into the push rod gallery it went. I can see it down in there. Hovefully, I can get a magnet slinder enough to slide down in there and get out out, otherwise, It looks like I will have to do considerable effort to take the side cover off and get it out. (I had not put the valve cover on) Tomorrow is another day. TW

If impossible to place tractor under cover, be sure to cover air stack and exhaust pipe. Drain radiator and engine block. To avoid gum content collections, drain both fuel tanks and carburetor.
