farmall m re-starting truble

having truble re-starting my tractor. pulled plugs all of them get spark. normily i would say this is a flooding problem but when i pulled it, it start with first roll-over. a tractor informed freind was watching it and dident have a clue. he said it could posibly be a week spark, but i just replaced the coil. james
