Larry has given you the instructions to adjust "hunting" out of the governor. Hunting is where the governor doesn't like to settle down and run at a constant speed but instead "guns" the motor every second or so. However, governors rarely start hunting unless there is another problem. As George suggests, read the manual and familiarize yourself with the governor adjustments and the renewal procedure, especially if the problem has cropped up SUDDENLY. I suspect someday soon you'll be glad you did.
