Was at an estate sale today to bid on my Grandfather's old Super H for my cousin. Still ran nice. One pair of wheel weights (no fluid) and a narrow front. Aftermarket fenders added and a new dent in the grill. Hadn't been restored, just repainted about 5 years ago, (showed minimal prep before painting) and new rear tires recently. Nothing to make this SH stand out from any other, except for the fact that our Grandpa owned it. Sold to someone about 7 or 8 miles away for $3000. Just too much for my cousin right now. Does this seem like a lot for a SH to any of you? Before the bidding started, I'd guessed that it would sell for under $2500, maybe even less than $2000, but I don't follow prices of IH's. Was it out of line?
