I paid $1300 for my stage 1 SH a couple of years ago. It had a pretty good cut in a rear tire but would run a long time, just cosmetic. I am wanting to restore it pretty thoroughly, so with tires and all I will end up with $3000 in it. But $3000 in unrestored conditions sounds kinda high to me.
