Tab: The tractor rockshaft arms at the fuel tank must be in rear position both for adding to or filling the hydraulic system. You then fill to the bottom of the fill hole.

At the bottom left of the touch control unit, is a cover held in place by 4 small bolts. About 3" kind of rounded square. Behind that cover is a cylinder type screen, designed to stop dirt from going to the pump on the suction side. That screen must be cleaned regularly. You will loose a bit of oil when you remove the screen.

Always use Hy tran or it's equivilant in the hydraulic system. If your disk is a 20 blade tandem that is just about the load limit of that hitch, and yes it will make the front end light. Since you are asking these questions, you must not have a manual. You should have an IH operator's manual at least. I can assure you that without a manual you have other lubrication points going unserviced.
