Now I know exactly which part you are speaking of. Had them in my hand about a month ago when I put the live hydraulic back on my M and I replaced the input and pump shaft seals in the transmission. Anyone know what the degree of draft is in the hole? Most wire EDM's can handle +/- 15 degrees (30 degree cone). Easy enough to probably do on the CNC lathe also... Both are right outside of my office door... heat treatment required or those bolts will kill em as they are quite hard. Depending upon material and possible warpage in heat treatment they may have to be hard turned afterward...
