706 PROBLEM

HAVE A706 WITH A310 BEEN GETTING HARD TO START THIS WINTER. WHEN I WAS CUTTING HAY IT WAS MISSING I CHANGED FUEL FILTERS THEY WAS DIRTY RUNS GOOD BUT WILL NOT START UNLESS YOU USE EITHER IT HAS 3300 HOURS DOES NOT SMOKE AND DOESNOT USEOIL WHAT COULD CAUSE IT TO NOT START IT SEEMS TO TURN OVER FASTER NOW ANY THOUGHTS!
