What joke are you referring to. I made no joke. I have a 484 that dad bought brand new in 81, and have worked on some for neighbors. I do know what I am talking about. No 484 ever built had glow plugs in them. They do however have ether assist on them. I suggest that you study up on some of these tractors that you know nothing about, before offering advice that is wrong. No offense meant, but IH tractors did evolve some over the years.
