Completely assembly the linkage. Install the gauge using the adapter. Start the tractor and run the engine at PTO speed. Engage the PTO. Turn the stem in or out to obtain the proper pressure. Use the lock nut to keep the adjustment from changing. I use an allen wrench in the hole in the stem. They are strong enough to turn it and you have both a straight end and a 90 degree end to be able to get it in the hole.
