I'd say you do a little decision making and decide what you want to do with this tractor, and what it's for. If it is truly going to be an accurate restoration of your Grandfather's machine, then keep it as original as possible. Plus, like was said, the 36" are probably pretty rare. But if this H is going to be your pride and joy, or if you are going to work with it, then I would do what makes you happy. If that means 38" rims, then so be it.
