H rear light what do I have here?

The rear light on my H is mounted on the RH fender, Is that where they went on fender equipped tractors, or has someone used fenders off of something else on it. It is mounted with a short pipe looking thing going into a 3 bolt bracket, but is not homemade. The light has the tail light red gem inside with a switch on the housing and also has the work light bulb. I have seen several rear lights on Ms but all had no fenders and the lights were mounted on the top cover.
