560 rim/wheel clamp problem

My 560 has double bevel rims...
When I bought it it had a rim and tire replaced...
Since using it I noticed the rim clamps spin on the rim about an inch back and forth and the clamps seem worn....other rim is fine... Are the clamps too worn? wrong configuration?? I have been using it baling but need to get it fixed before more heavy work.... Does the IH dealer stock these?? The archives listed a little info but I need more help
