As mentioned below, there are a lot of diffences in a gas and diesel engine. Why not just keep the 806 as a gas and buy yourself a different tractor with a factory installed diesel? Anything is possible with these old tractors but by the time you purchase/fabricate all of the conversion pieces, is it going to be worth it? Just my $0.02 worth. Randy
