Acid in the eye!!!!!!! You're a lucky man if you still can see with both eyes. Dang!! I don't know of any problem with no hood. Hope there isn't a short in the wiring system or something to drain your battery down fast. How long do you think it will run before discharging the battery and stopping your tractor?
