706 carb

Hi guys I just rebuilt the carb on a 706. Runs real good but one problem, its leaking gas between the 2 halfs of the carb. I used a new gasket. I havent tryed to tighten up the bolts more yet, afraid to overtighten and make it worse, is there a torqe? Surfaces are clean. Don't think theres such a thing as a gasket sealer that would work on gas and I know that would be a bad idea anyway. Guy I'm doing this for is very picky and I don't want a gas leak wrecking his paint job. This is an IH built carb.
