Thanks alot for your response and clarification. I'll take the curved ones back and find a pair of straight tongs to purchase. What confused me though even more was that I saw some new curved ones on ebay specifically listed to fit Farmall 450. They advertised would provide 26" spacing if used the narrow way, and, 32" spacing if switched to the wider spacing. Once I discovered my receivers were already @ 26" with little side to side play I just couldn't figure out how they could ever work on 450. Whatever???
