I was about to post a similar question - as my governor hunts just a hair, enough to create a slight stumble when running. I thought it was a timing miss or electronic skip. But further inspection shows a micro-surge.
Georgeky, how far inward do we dare turn the bumper screw, as I went in far enough to no longer be able to put the castle nut back on - and it did not cure the micro-surge completely?
