In the previous "possum post", I didn't explain why I am taking the Super H so far down. In the center casting, the pump housing area, where the casting bolts to the front of the Trans/rear end, one of the bolts was twisted or broken off inside the housing. Also all the seals were bad where they come out of the transmission. Then, the clutch, it was questionable and I could see one of the 6 bolts was twisted off. With so much wrong in there, and the gas tank and pump and everyting else was off anyway, I thought I might as well go for it.
I have an original H owners manual, and the IT manuals, I still find myself lacking as the IT manuals are pretty vague. What would be the next best manual/book if I could only buy one? I intend to go all through the tractor and bring it back to good, dependable condition. Not going over the top though.
