Thanks Alan (from my home state), but nope it didn't look anything like a Farmhand. I'm pretty darn sure it sat into a couple of U shaped brackets which mounted on the front bolster and that it used the one way hydraulics. It really wasn't too great, but it did move some stacked hay. My dad later had an American with a grapple much like the second picture. That was on his M. We didn't stack much hay with the sweep head on that before we bought a Schwartz wide front because the M was pretty tippy with the sweep head on it and the two narrow tires in front. After adding the wide front, the "fun" was the amount of muscle it took to turn those tires in making a turn! Thanks again. kelly
