I can't really help you with what I assume is an adjustable Prince flow control valve even though I put one on another tractor. I can't even remember why I put it on my 504.
Anyway, the flow control valve you see in this picture is contemporary with the Behlen set up. It is used with a distributor driven pump on a SMTA. Copy the picture and send it off to some salvage yards. The 'T' to left of the valve is extra. It is the return from a three spool valve bank
The bracket is Behlen material. It does not appear in any IH parts books.
Hoses are
1 o'clock = power from pump
6 o'clock = pressure to Liftall
9 o'clock = return from remote valve bank and Behlen
