Bob: Serial number definitely says no. Does it look like someone may have stamped that 1. Does it have a water pump? What size is the breather stack pipe? Do the brake activation rods look as though they attach to end of band, or to a pivot that both ends of band attach to? What are the casting date codes? How much space is there between touch control unit and fuel tank? All those things can solve this.
Someone has been tampering, might be a SA1 with a lost tag and someone replaced the tag with a wrong number and stamped it 1. It could also be a hoax.
