J, the cracks are near or part of older pin repairs. Its leaking around the pins too - The picture shows the older pin repair right on the thin bridge between the exhaust valve seat and the precombustion chamber - The crack is hard to see but extends down into the valve chamber - The other problem looks identical but without the crack in the lower valve chamber - Both could probably be repaired with a bigger pin or furnace welding. I dont know if it would be worth doing or if it would hold up- We only have a couple shops in Jax for head work Ill call around Monday for the other one.
