I have good fuel flow at the strainer and the carb. This was one of the first things that I checked. I also put a new fuel line on (rubber hose instead of the copper tubing mess that was already there). Also, I checked the governor - carb connection during installation. The rod is right where it should be. Another thing that I found was in the bottom of the carb where excess fuel drains, the filter material was gone. I plugged the hole but nothing seemed to really change. The carburetor that is on this machine matches the description in the manual for the kerosene carb, but everything else looks to be the gasoline version.
