The PTO does turn and I didn't have brakes before I primed the MCV pump. Once the MCV pump picked up oil the brakes pressured up. I wonder is air trapped in the line a possibility. If it is what is the best way to bleed the air out?
On the 3-point, we tried pushing it down by hand, didn't work so we got a cheater pipe, still didn't budge. The control lever is in the down position.
