Hey couldn't resist an O/T here. Andrew just completed the orals for his Surface warfare pin and was successful. I am not 100% sure how big of a deal this is, but I know he studied for it quite a bit for it and I know it had to be done while at sea.
He got out of boot camp almost exactly a year ago. He has also taken his test for E-4, but hasn't heard the results yet. He thought he did OK.
Thanks for all the advice you guys gave me when he was first going in. Amazing what all can happen it just a year!
