If was me, I would just leak out the moisture and if you get it going and back to your place and everything seems like its going to work, then go ahead and change everything (filters and oil). You would leak it out before you try anything just so it doesnt get mixed up again, and even if you dont get it started and pull it home, that moisture will still sort of mix. If you use the propane bottle to get it propane, here is an example how you might do it. The factory valve (liquid) losen the fitting, make sure the two valves are off, if my pitures came through, you can see on the bottle there is a series of fittings and a propane tube. hook the tube into the factory fittng on the tractor. You may need another fitting. I would think that you could get the fittings and tube for under $10. The bottle on my tractor is obviosly something added on but the same principle, the tube goes down to a regulator and then to the carb. I hope this might help, and be careful.
