Be sure to run a piece of wire up into the hole to the tank to assure fuel flow there.
The wheel might be loose on the rim, and that will make the noise.
The solenoid (relay)is not needed. a starter switch on the starter, with a pull rod, or a heavy amp starter switch at/next to, the dash is good also. Stay with 6v on this one, withsingle "o" gauge wires to the starter and ground. JimN
