I usually paint my own tractors, but am restoring an O-4 now, so decided to have a retired body man paint all the sheet metal. He has run into a problem though. He has attempted to spray another coat of paint on the side panels and cowl to get a better finish. This extra coat was done 3 days after the original painting, and the pieces were kept in a warm shop for drying during the 3 days. However when he sprayed the extra coat, the paint "bubbled". What did he do wrong? I've used a lot of the 2150 paint, and have never had this problem. Any help to explain what is causing this would be appreciated.
