I have a 300 that I'm working on. I rebuilt the carb, tune up kit etc. I have this hunting situation on the lower half of the rpm range. It won't quite idle down either. carb adjustment doesn't make any difference, i've had it back off and checked it over again and found nothing. It runs pretty good at full throttle. i have set the governor high and low speeds and the governor to carb linkage by the book. i'm ripping my hair out here, any ideas?
