What problem could I have with the return hose? There is no fluid leaking, or spraying, from it. I have checked oil level many times and there is little difference in the oil level with the lift up or down.
The cub is stored in my heated and cooled basement, so moisture is not the problem.
I MIGHT ADD that today, I pulled the machine out of my basement and the trans fluid was bubbling with air.
This seems like a hydraulic problem because I don't think spinning gears would cause this.
It was moved about 20 feet.
The hydraulic deck lift works correctly.
This problem has to be corrected and I dred tearing the transmission down to find the problem. ---THANKS for everyones thoughts.
