Hi guys, I Purchased a B414 Tractor with a box blade for a pretty good price, because I recently bought a house on 5.1 acres. I took the box blade off of the tractor and hooked up a bush hog, when i went to engage the pto it did not move and started making a grinding noise and i quickly disengaged the pto, if i un hook the drive shaft for the bush hog and engage the pto the pto will engage and move with no noise or any problems, Everything else on the tractor works fine, it lifts the 3 point hitch with no problem, shifting into drive and reverse is no problem. the only thing wrong is the grinding when the pto has somthing hooked to it. Do you guys have any idea what this could be? Thanks, Chris.
