Here"s the scoop. The steering wheel seal has been leaking for years, so we have been adding fluid eveytime we use it, which is not often. We ran tractor all day today with brush hog behind it. The power steering was on and off as far as working, and the rear lift arms would not lift towards the end of the day, however PTO worked fine. The tractor also started to surge on and off, like the TA was kicking in and out. Fluid was fine. Removed filter, very, very dirty. The screen was completelt clogged and there was crap in over half the holes in the filter. So I am trying to solve 3 problems, intermintent power steering, surging, and lift arms not lifting even though it was full of fluid. I though I complete fluid change might help, but if there is somehting else i should check, please let me know. Thanks
