There is a plug near the top lift arms or at least it looks like a plug but its a relieve valve or a bypas valve, anyway it unscrews very easy and you can replace it with a valve from a 886 or a 986 i think if i remember right the 656 is set at 1800 pounds or 2000. But the 886 is set for 2200 and the 986 is set for 2400. They are all the same looking plug and i changed mine to an 886 and it made the loader lift a lot more than it used to. You can check it out at your case IH dealer.
