Many thanks to each and everyone who responded. I found the trans plugs. I also found the leak, which was a strang looking redish fluid. Many years ago someone had painted this tractor with a cheap red paint. The gas line fitting which goes into the glass drip bowl was leaking and the gas ran down the side of the bell housing gathering a little of the red paint as it went and looked, redish on the floor. A slight turn of a 9/16 wrench solved that problem. After drinking about 4 cold beers and firing the grill up, for my wife I pulled the hood off to take a look inside. I found about 1/2 of an inch of dirt and oil on the valve cover and the gasket was leaking. Well I could turn the nuts with my fingers so I went back to the trusty 9/16 wrench and I think I solved that problem to. Need lees to say my wife and 10 yr. old son have there own putty knives and are helping me clean the tractor up. This tractor is so dirty you can walk by it and the oil will jump off on you. haha Thanks again I'll post a photo in a few days
