Thanks for your comments & suggestions. I should add that the fitting in the delayed pressure port appears to be a standard 1/2 inch galvanized pipe elbow with a threaded pipe plug in the end. It swivels 360+++ degrees CW and CCW when turned by hand. Turning it either way does not loosen or tighten but I don't see any leaks. The other two pressure port fittings (right and left) are both tight. Assuming it was designed to swivel, how would you get it out to remove the belly pump? I see no place to put a wrench.
