Hello, I had just got my restored 1942 H out for the first time this year. Before I restored it last year it ran perfectly. I noticed that now the fan or something in the front of it rattles. It is not in the engine but in the water pump or the fan. Could it be the spring that holds tension on the shaft is weak or not tight enough? Could the fan blades be lose from each other? Any help you could give would be greatly appriciated on this. Also the tractor loads up when idling. It did not do this before I restored it but after it seams as if the tractor is getting way to much fuel. I have tried to adjust the govenor and the throttle linkages and the carb but no luck in fixing. Can anyone help on this or give me the stock specs to start with for the govenor screw and the throttle and the carb? Again thanks everyone for your help!
