After it dies, pull the small plug on the bottom of carb. If no flow, screw it back in. Tomorrow, do the same thing before starting the tractor. If you only get a few ounces, you need to look at the float sticking to inside wall of carb, the fuel inlet screen at carb, the fuel pipe between the carb and sediment bowl, the flow out of the sediment bowl, the fuel port out of the tank. If the last is just dripping fuel, put a small hose over the outlet inside the sediment bowl casting and blow with your lungs. The fuel should pour out after that. The tank will need to be cleaned as your problem is only temporarily fixed.
A sticking float can sometimes be fixed by rapping the side of the carb with a small hammer.
