Finally got the pump mounted on the 560 last weekend and went this afternoon to try and get it going again but not without problems. I drained the batteries trying to get the fuel system bled and than when I finally did get it to start all it will do is idle. Moving the throttle lever makes NO change of engine speed.
One other odd thing is when you try and move the lever right at the pump if you put side pressure on either the throttle lever or the shutoff lever the engine will increase speed EVER SO SLIGHTLY. I am wondering if I got the throttle lever on the shaft wrong on the insside or if it's something else.
Any help would be great as I really thought I had it together the same way it came apart as I was pretty meticulous with marking things (or so I thought).
