Picked up a sweet 240U. :D Runs like a top, pulls like a bear, but it is having strange hyd problems. The pump seems to slowly bild pressure to about 1/2 load then it gives a sort of grunt and cycle back to low pressure. This takes about 3-5 seconds and repeats. This is while at idle or while being worked. Power steering and one valve for the fast hitch. When I cycle the fast hitch or steering it will start to push fluid out of the vent. And after I shut the tractor down quite a bit of fluid is pushed out of vent. It also likes to "chirp" every time the steering stops turning or when the fast hitch finishes it's movement. The system IS NOT overfilled, and I have cleaned and flushed the system and filter. Installed a new pump and nothing has changed. Also fast hitch will not cycle to full range. I have reset the fast hitch linkage per book several times. Lift strength seems a little weak too. Any ideas on how to fix this would be REALY appreciated. Also, how hard woud it be to add another circuit to add a remote?

I tried to use an easy out but it wasn't budging and I didn't want t
