Converting from R12 to R134 in AC on 1066

I have a conversion kit from Kmart, never used one before, any hints or tips?
The fans are bad on the condensor, above the back of the cab, thinking of replacing the 2 bad ones with 1 good cooling fan from a Chev Spectrum.
Wondering if any of this will work? Do the origional condensor fans move the air up thru the condensor or blow it down thru the condensor.
ANY HELP would be fine.
